CUBI ESTATE uses artificial intelligence technologies to assist with property search, classification, normalisation, semantic indexing and recommendation workflows across European real estate listings. AI is used to structure listing data, extract attributes and features, generate semantic representations of listings, match buyer requests to potentially relevant properties and surface comparisons.

AI-generated search results, shortlists, comparisons and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment or real estate advice and are not a substitute for professional advice or independent due diligence. Property information, prices, availability and descriptions may change over time and should be independently verified before making any financial, legal or purchasing decisions.

Limits of AI outputs

Outputs produced by AI systems may contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information. Matching, ranking and similarity scores reflect statistical estimates based on available listing data and do not represent valuations, guarantees of suitability, or assurances of any specific outcome. Users remain solely responsible for evaluating any property and for engaging licensed professionals where appropriate.

Data sources

Property information surfaced by CUBI ESTATE may originate from agency feeds, public listing sources, partner integrations and other third-party providers. CUBI ESTATE does not verify the accuracy or completeness of third-party data and provides it “as is”.

EU AI Act transparency

In line with the transparency obligations of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, we explicitly disclose that interactions with the CUBI ESTATE service may involve AI-generated responses and content. Where AI is used to produce text, comparisons or recommendations, users should treat the output as machine-generated information that requires human review.

No guarantees

CUBI ESTATE does not guarantee listing availability, investment performance, transaction outcomes, lead generation, buyer inquiries, or any specific business or financial result from using the service.
