Any connections or referrals are for informational purposes only. We may receive a referral fee from professionals for introductions, but we are not involved in any subsequent transactions, negotiations, or agreements between you and the professionals.

Use of artificial intelligence

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with property search, indexing, ranking, personalization, summaries, and translations. When you interact with our chat or search assistant, you are interacting with an automated AI system, not a human. AI-generated or AI-adapted output — including listing summaries, descriptions, and translations — may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date and is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute real estate, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and you must independently verify any details, prices, and availability with the original listing source and a licensed professional before acting. You agree not to use the Service, including any AI features, for any unlawful, abusive, or prohibited purpose, including attempts to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or extract the underlying models. Eligibility and acceptable use

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during any registration or inquiry process and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials and for activities that occur under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any legal action arising under these Terms will be brought in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
